Birchwood House is a purpose-built, high-intensity specialist home, designed to better support the needs of individuals with profound and severe disabilities, as well as those with complex behaviours that may challenge.

Birchwood House comprises four self-contained one-bedroom apartments and four studio apartments, each designed to cater to the specific needs of its residents. The building features two communal dayrooms, low-arousal interiors, and a spacious landscaped communal garden. Additionally, the service includes a sensory room equipped with multi-sensory facilities that provide visual, tactile, and audible experiences, which can be enjoyed both passively and interactively.
Birchwood Lodge is a specialist supported living service, designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours that may challenge.

The development at Birchwood Lodge consists of 13 well-appointed one and two bedroom apartments, offering residents a greater degree of independence and the opportunity to develop essential life skills. The building is designed to be disability-friendly, featuring level floor access, widened doors to accommodate individuals who use wheelchairs and lift-access throughout. Further personalisation of each flat can be made following an assessment of individual requirements.
