Chartwell House is a purpose-built, 78 bed care home, explicitly offering high quality care through their support, companionship, encouragement, and security. There is a local shortage of high-quality care for the elderly which Chartwell House has helped to
bridge. The home provides residential and dementia care as well as short stays.

The elevational treatments are heavily inspired by the surrounding area and the residential masterplan in which Chartwell House sits. The elevations use architectural elements and stepping lines to split each section of the building, creating interesting elevations from all views. The differing roof heights and range of materials inspired by buildings in the local vicinity create visually stimulating facades.​

The layout of the home is designed to ensure that the highest quality facilities are available to both residents and the care team. Catering to residential, nursing, dementia and short stay care, the dedicated team provide experienced help and ensure residents live in a warm and caring environment. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the many facilities and activities Chartwell House has to offer.
Residents have unlimited use of an abundance of shared facilities such as the expansive Bistro, Hair Salon, Quiet Rooms, Activities, and Sensory Room. Communal facilities on each floor also includes separate lounge and dining rooms (including kitchenettes) and assisted spa bathrooms. The manager and administration office joined to the reception area have an open-door policy and truly welcoming feel.
