Upon completion, Portsdown View was issued a Final Certificate stating that the construction “has
been carried out according to Technical Manual BREEAM UK New Construction 2014 Multi-Residential
Accommodation”. The home achieved a score of 70.4% resulting in a BREEAM Excellent rating.
