The site consisted of a former office building set in extensive grounds.

The proposal consists of a refurbishment and extensions to the existing building to form a total of 66 single occupant bedrooms providing care for those with residential, dementia and nursing needs where facilities include café/bistro, cinema, private dining and hair salon.

Externally the landscaped gardens will provide a stimulating environment for the residents through the richness of planting and activity spaces.
