A proposed luxurious 68-bed care home providing accommodation for residents requiring nursing, dementia, or residential care, along with access from Margetson Crescent off Wordsworth Avenue, car parking, landscaped gardens, and separate refuse/recycling facilities. This will replace the existing Wordsworth Tavern public house.

The increased care beds reduce the strain on medical facilities in the area, as well as ensuring residents of Sheffield remain within the community. The provision of communal spaces such as the Bistro, Hair Salon and Private Dining room encourages community members in the area to visit the home.
